For our Zero Sugar Wine, the grapes are harvested early, while their sugar content is still low.
Our winemaker, Daniele, then applies a combination of unique and traditional fermentation techniques that naturally convert all present sugars into alcohol.
Thanks to this carefully controlled fermentation process, no residual sugars remain. This allows our wines to officially carry the ‘sugar free’ label, complete with a certified nutritional label.

If you are not satisfied with the taste, please contact us at contact@purethewinery.com. We will then inform you of the address to which you can return the unopened bottles in their original box, after which we will credit the purchase amount.
